mei 2014: werkverblijf bij Jiwar Residence

In mei verbleef DEBOKOFHETLOKET voor een werkverblijf van veertien dagen bij Jiwar, Barcelona International Residence for Artists and Reseachers in Urban Creativity. Het historisch huis met een prachtige achtertuin tuin in het hart van de wijk Gracia maakt Jiwar Residence tot een unieke plek om te werken en te leven. DEBOKOFHETLOKET is a designstudio / publisher, founded in 1999 by Eva Blaak. Besides working on design-assignments DEBOKOFHETLOKET publishes special editions 3 times a year that will be send to members. Eva already made 36 editions. The concepts, designs and the often handmade works are made by herself or in collaboration with other artist from different disciplines. At JIWAR Eva works on a series of images with the title 'LUZ DE DIA'. She willcontinue working on it at home after her stay in Spain and it will probably be the base for edition number 37!
